By purchasing, accessing, or using Hentaxis hardware wallet products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Description of Service

Hentaxis INC provides non-custodial hardware wallet devices designed to securely store cryptocurrency private keys offline. Our service is limited to the sale of physical hardware devices and related support services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Safely storing your recovery seed phrase and PIN code
• Maintaining the physical security of your hardware device
• All transactions made using your private keys
• Understanding cryptocurrency risks and technology
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Backing up your recovery information

4. No Custody or Control

You retain complete control of your private keys and digital assets at all times. Hentaxis has no access to, control over, or ability to recover your private keys, recovery seed, or cryptocurrency assets. If you lose your recovery information, we cannot help you recover your assets.

5. Product Warranties

Hentaxis hardware wallets come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. The product is provided "as is" for security features and functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hentaxis INC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of cryptocurrency assets due to user error, loss of recovery information, or theft
• Market fluctuations or value changes in cryptocurrencies
• Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency usage
• Unauthorized access to your device or recovery information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages exceeding the purchase price of the device

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hentaxis products for:

• Illegal activities or money laundering
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Funding terrorism or sanctioned entities
• Fraud or deceptive practices
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

8. Returns and Refunds

Unopened Hentaxis devices may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Due to security concerns, we cannot accept returns of opened or initialized devices. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by location. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to Hentaxis products remain the property of Hentaxis INC. Our firmware is open-source and subject to its own license terms.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Hentaxis products and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys or cryptocurrency transaction data.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Hentaxis products constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Hentaxis products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
